"if i could give 0 stars i would. By Far the worst experience i have had, My truck was stolen July 16 2026 and it took more than a week to get a response back regarding claim status. I had to pay the Wrecker out of MY POCKET, Was told it was going to be reimbursed, as of today i have yet to receive that reimbursement. The person handling my claim does not Answer the phone even after repeatedly calling and leaving messages, I am 19 years old and self employed and currently find myself in a position without a vehicle to work and with an insurance company that does not answer the phone. I PAY A VERY EXPENSIVE MONTHLY FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE AND I DO NOT FIND IT FAIR THAT I DONT EVEN GET THE COURTESY OF A CALL BACK OR AN UPDATE!!"
